About

Sophie Grace Jewellery began in 2019, but the story behind it starts much earlier — in a small bedroom, a well-loved jewellery box, and a child utterly captivated by the magic of tiny treasures.

My earliest memories are of sitting on the floor with my mum’s jewellery laid out around me, mesmerised by each piece and the stories they carried. The brooch her father gave her as a good-luck charm. The delicate ring my dad gifted her when they were first dating. Even the bold neon hoops from the ’80s. To me, they weren’t just objects — they were fragments of her life, tiny heirlooms of emotion and memory.

At seven, I started my own collection of polished gemstones. There was a little gemstone shop next to my school, and stepping inside felt like entering my own private world. I would arrange the stones into little tins, creating my own miniature cabinet of curiosities.

Those early enjoyments never left me. I studied art, then fashion and textiles, and eventually pursued a BA in Jewellery & Accessories, where I learnt to turn ideas, materials, and stories into wearable pieces. Throughout my life I’ve collected trinkets, charms, and gemstones — anything that feels like it holds a story beneath its surface. I’ve always been drawn to the romance of Victorian jewellery, the spirit of Navajo craftsmanship, and the curiosity of objects that feel a little unusual, a little magical.

Today, my work is still guided by that same sense of wonder.

I create jewellery slowly and intentionally in my North London studio, crafting each piece using traditional techniques. I work with recycled gold and silver, ethically sourced gemstones, and small family-run suppliers whose values mirror my own. Every stone I choose is natural, unique, and selected for its quiet beauty — the kind of gem that stops you for a moment and asks you to look closer.

Every design begins with the stone. I let its character lead the way, building a piece around its shape, texture, and personality. The result is a one-of-a-kind creation made to be worn, loved, and one day passed down — future heirlooms with a soul.

Whether you discover a ready-to-ship piece in my collection or commission something bespoke, my hope is the same: that your jewellery becomes part of your story.

My intention is to help you create your own pieces to treasure — pieces to wear, to hold close, and to carry with you for a lifetime.
